The photographs will be juried on January 19. A designee from each club is responsible for the delivery and retrieval of their members’ entries. The jury process will be completed that day and the entries can be retrieved as soon as all judging is completed. The panel of jurors will choose one photo to be awarded the distinction of Best in Show. That winner’s name will be added to the Perpetual Plaque.
New in 2008, the jurors will also select photographs for 2nd and 3rd place awards.
Each club member may enter a maximun 6 photographs for consideration. Each club must preview the entries to ensure they comply with the Exhibitor Guidance requirements.
Members of the following camera clubs may submit photos for the juried exhibit at the Expo: Loudoun Photography Club, Manassas-Warrenton Camera Club, McLean Photography Club, Northern Virginia Photographic Society, Reston Photographic Society and Vienna Photographic Society. Each club has their own procedures for collecting prints. Please contact your club for further information.

Volunteers from these clubs are responsible for all aspects of the Expo: from planning it to running the event. The time and effort they put forth each year make the Expo a reality.
